The camp talent show is our annual celebration of the many talents our campers and staff bring to Summer Camp. Two things are always the same at each year’s show: (1) the eclectic mixture of talents, acts, and skits and (2) the overwhelming support each participant is given by the audience. Over the years, campers and staff have presented talents both conventional (music, singing) and unconventional (board breaking, anyone?) to the audience.

These performances are complemented by the skits each cabin performs. For cabin skits, campers and their counselors have the entire week to prepare a skit they feel best represents the spirit of their cabin and their relationships with one another.

In each of these performances, there is a constant: The uproarious response each is given by the audience. The applause reflects not only how well each act performed, but also how grateful everyone is for the opportunity to see and appreciate the gifts each person at camp possesses that make them unique.
